In a significant milestone, the Indian Navy has bolstered its fleet with the delivery of its third 25T Bollard Pull (BP) Tug, Bajrang, on June 29, 2024. The ceremony was graced by Rear Admiral DK Goswami, Assistant Superintendent Dockyard (Mbi).
The induction of Bajrang, the third in the series of 25T BP Tugs, marks a significant enhancement of the Indian Navy’s capabilities in providing critical support to its ships and submarines. These powerful tugs are designed to assist in berthing, un-berthing, turning, and maneuvering in confined waters, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of naval vessels.
